Help at an event
We understand the demand on busy lives so you may prefer to support us on a more occasional basis. There are many different ways you can still get involved.
Help give motivation to our runners, swimmers, cyclists and become part of a cheering squad.
We also need help in other ways at our events. This could include registering participants, shaking buckets, dressing up as characters and serving tea and coffees.
Running a marathon or cycling 100 miles is tough so we need teams along the routes to cheer our charity runners and riders all the way to the finish line!
Come and join us for a great day out cheering our teams along at major events, such as the London Marathon, Great North Run, Great South Run, Ride London and the Edinburgh Marathon.
One-Off Event Volunteers
Organise a one off event, such as Dream tea or a Dream Night In.
Host a charity awareness day.
Come along and volunteer at one of our events.
Please consider helping us to raise awareness by offering to give a talk about Dreams Come True at local workplaces, schools, colleges, universities and communities groups , such as Rotary clubs.
We know from experience that people love to hear about the work that we do - particularly the children’s and young people’s stories, which can be very powerful.
If you would like to talk to us about occasional volunteering, please get in touch.
