Jo Packard Photography and Design
Jo is a local professional photographer, graphic designer, teacher, artist and a full time mummy. She has been involved with Dreams Come since she moved from London in 2009. She volunteers her services in the form of:
- Professional photography to the charity in the form of attending events for marketing material, accompanying a few of the dreams families by capturing their day on her camera, then creating photobooks for the families and she provides the families with all the images on disc.
- Through her PTA school photography where Jo donates 20% to DCT and 20% to the school's PTA
- Jo founded a non-profit fundraising group 'friendraising' (2009-2013). Through their exposure to local schools and fundraising events, they contributed to raising more than £30k for DCT.
- She has also become more involved as a freelance graphic designer.
Jo says "I love this boutique national charity and everything that they stand for. Everyone has dreams, but for them to come to true for these wonderful children and their families - how magical and enriched must their lives become - whatever their story!! "
