Theo has spent a huge proportion of his life in hospital; he is only 3 years old. Theo was born with Down’s syndrome and a heart condition. As if that wasn’t enough for this brave boy, in 2016 he was diagnosed with Leukaemia.
This little boy loves the outdoors and spending time with his family. He has to spend a lot of time in hospital for treatment so it is extra special when he gets to have fun outside with the people he loves most. Theo’s Mums contacted Dreams Come True as they knew their little boy would love a break at Center Parcs. While Theo was in hospital he wasn’t allowed many visitors to avoid risk of infection so our Dream Team booked an apartment big enough for the family to have visitors while they were away on their family break.

“We wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Dreams Come True and to all those who so generously donate. Thanks to you all our very brave son had a fantastic few days at Center Parcs Longleat. He absolutely loved every minute. His face was alight with joy as he revelled in all the new experiences! After having spent a long time in hospital, having had heart surgery and 5 months of chemotherapy, this was a wonderful treat for Theo and so marvellous for us to see how far he had come! Seeing our son run around and splash about looking so well, provided so many treasured memories for us as his parents too!
We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! You have all brought so much joy after a very challenging time in our lives!”
