England’s greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable challenge. Over 3000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line. With 50km & 25km distance options also available – plus the separate 25km ‘Thames Bridges Trek’ & ‘The Moonlight 10 Walk’ through Central London as part of the weekend ‘festival’ – there’s a Thames Challenge for everyone!

Take on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river. Most will walk, many will jog, some will run, and all have special reasons to push themselves.

Our full Thames Path Challenge 100km route heads from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley. With half & quarter distance options - there's a challenge for everyone.

Your challenge will be a test of spirit and determination. You'll be supported all the way by our team, and rewarded with an amazing sense of achievement.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

You have 2 options when signing up for a place to support Dreams Come True:

1. Charity Sponsorship – you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!

25km: Reg fee £15 / fundraising target £245
50km: Reg fee £30 / fundraising target £395
100km: Reg fee £45 / fundraising target £595

2. Mixed Funding – pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event
place cost.

25km: Reg fee £45 / fundraising target £135
50km: Reg fee £72.50 / fundraising target £220
100km: Reg fee £110 / fundraising target £330

Ultra Challenge Series - Walk, Jog or Run!
Thames Moonlight 10 Walk

The Moonlight 10 Walk- Take on either a spirited 10 km or an energetic 10 mile looped route through the heart of London as darkness falls and the Moon rises. Experience London in a different light, passing famous landmarks – including St Paul’s, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, the London Eye and more. A lively finish line awaits – with a glass of fizz & a special Moon medal – followed by some welcome hot food & drink.
Henley 10km

The Henley 10k is alongside the Thames Path Challenge’s main finish venue. It’s a fabulous 10 km loop through Remenham countryside with a start / finish near Henley Bridge on Sunday morning. Take it on as a Walk, a Jog, or as a Run – and get your family and friends involved.
Chiltern 50 Challenge

This 50km route covers some of the best of the Chilterns countryside. You can Walk, Jog, or Run along historic trails and over rolling hills. Passing through nature reserves, forests, and a few hills with great views - it's a route with variety and some wonderful scenery.
South Coast Challenge

Take on some of England's finest scenery as a walk, jog or run! An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, over the Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way National Trail with stunning views over the sea to a Brighton mid-point. Devil's Dyke, welcome rest stops, a few ups & downs all lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an 100km amazing journey.
South West Coast 50 Challenge

A new ‘South West’ challenge for 2023 – taking in the initial section of the stunning & famous 630 mile Coastal Path, which officially starts in Minehead, and close to our extensive ‘base-camp’ in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle. Walk, jog or run the course, and choose from the full 100km, a half challenge or even a 25km quarter challenge–it’s your challenge, your way!
Thames Bridges Trek 2023

Walk the Thames Bridges Trek on 09th September 2023! Join 2000 trekkers as we venture across the Capital taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points.
North Downs 50 Challenge

We are excited to bring back the popular ‘North Downs 50’ for 2023 – with a new start & finish basecamp venue in Guildford. The updated looped route takes in some of the North Downs Way, The Surrey Hills, and the magnificent views over countryside to the south. Join us for this fantastic summer challenge – with easy access from London and the surrounding area.
Peak District Challenge

The 100km challenge goes through Derbyshire’s finest scenery with wonderful views. With 50km, 25km and 10 mile distance options passing Chatsworth House, there’s a Peaks challenge for all!

Refer a child

We only accept referrals from medical, healthcare, or social care professionals. Applications are on a first come first served basis, to ensure that no child is waiting too long for delivery of their dream.

We work exclusively with, and only manage dream referrals from, those who know the Dreamers best –medical, healthcare and social care professionals.

To ensure we reach the children who need our attention the most, we have a set eligibility criteria that must be met in order to have a dream come true.
