Dream trip to Alton Towers!

Blazej is nine years old and a very popular lovable chap!

Mum says all of the Nurses and staff at the hospital love him! He loves Football and playing with his friends.

Five years ago, Blazej was diagnosed with tumours on his kidneys. During his chemotherapy treatment, he lost both of his kidneys. The treatment was very hard on Blazej, and he fought for his life on several occasions. He has been on dialysis ever since. This involves trips to the hospital 3/4 times a week which is an hour drive away!.

More than anything, Blazej wanted to have fun with his family. Something that just hasn’t been possible in the last five years due to the frequency of his hospital appointments. Now Blazej's has had kidney transplant, Dreams Come True sent him and his family on a fun trip with wild rides and water slides at Alton Towers!

We are thrilled to see Blazej finally experience the childhood joy he’s been missing out on!

Make A Referral

We only accept referrals from medical, healthcare, or social care professionals. Applications are on a first come first served basis, to ensure that no child is waiting too long for delivery of their dream.
Who we support

To ensure we reach the children who deserve our attention the most, we work with children who are living in the highest areas of deprivation in the country, and are living with a disability, serious illness, or life-limiting conditions. More info

We work exclusively with, and only manage dream referrals from, those who know the Dreamers best –medical, healthcare and social care professionals.
