How do I volunteer? Together, we're making dreams come true Without our incredible volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to fulfil any of the dreams of the children and young people who live with serious and life-limiting conditions. When you become a Dreams Come True volunteer, you'll be part of a team that makes a difference to so many people on a daily basis. Right now we are looking for volunteers to help us deliver desperately needed Dreams, without letting the pandemic hamper our efforts. With your help in 2021, we aim to triple the number of Dreams delivered. Get involved Volunteering for our charity can be just as rewarding for you as it is for the people you help. There are plenty of ways to get involved, from becoming a collection coordinator to helping out at events by motivating participants and cheering them on as their take part in their chosen challenge. But that’s not all - we often look for volunteers to help us with our social media, general admin anyone willing to use their professional experience to help. Our safeguarding promise Safeguarding is an integral part of how we operate at Dreams Come True. As a Dreams Come True volunteer, we expect you to commit to our promise of promoting the welfare of all the children and young adults you work with. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be requested as part of the volunteer enrolment process. To view our full safeguarding policy, click here.
