Dreams Come True Annual Report

We are delighted to present our annual report for the financial year 2022/2023.

Did you know that we are the only UK wish-granting charity that solely supports children living in the highest areas of deprivation? By supporting us, you're ensuring that some of society's most overlooked children are given the chance to have their Dream Come True.

It was a recording breaking year for our charity, with 3,253 children positively impacted and receiving a dream. That is 3,253 smiles and 3,253 moments of magic with lasting impact. But we're not going to stop there - with your support, we're determined to help even more children in the years to come.

At Dreams Come True, our mission is to turn dreams into a reality for every child who needs our support and that the moments of magic we create have a lasting impact for children and their families.

Community Dreams 2024

Express your interest for a Community Dream. These Dreams are for a project which would deliver a bespoke Dream benefiting a large number of children that meet our eligibility criteria.
National Children’s Day 2024

This National Children's Day will you help us grant urgent dreams for children with a short life expectancy? Can you support us today and help us to build a funding pot of £5,000* to ensure we are ready for children who are in the greatest of need?

Make A Referral

We only accept referrals from medical, healthcare, or social care professionals. Applications are on a first come first served basis, to ensure that no child is waiting too long for delivery of their dream.

What is a Dream?

Whether it's a break for a young cancer patient, a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy, a tablet to help an autistic teenager develop their communication skills, or a seriously ill child’s room makeover. Individual Dream Eligibility

To ensure we reach the children who need our attention the most, we have a set eligibility criteria that must be met in order to have a dream come true.
How it works

We work exclusively with, and only manage dream referrals from, those who know the Dreamers best –medical, healthcare and social care professionals.

One of the biggest and best marathons in the world! We have guaranteed places but would also love to support anyone who has their own place through the ballot.
