The AJ Bell Great South Run is probably the world’s favourite 10 mile running event, with inspiring history, salty air and glorious sea views guaranteed.

AJ Bell Great South Run participants must be aged 16+ on the day of the event (10 mile).

Join our #DreamTeam and make dreams come true for children with serious or life-limiting conditions, in the highest areas of deprivation in the UK.
