Aria is a little girl that’s larger than life and knows exactly what she wants. She is really creative and loves to paint, and like lots of other children, she’s obsessed with anything CBeebies or Peppa Pig.

Aria, who is 3 years old, loves being at school and enjoys seeing her friends and teachers, but she can’t manage being there for long periods of time. This is because Aria has been diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour called DIPG, which sadly at this time has no cure.

Aria has most recently been through 13 rounds of radiotherapy. She stopped walking as the tumour pressed on her spine but in July she started walking again and now she’s back to running! The family were told usually once children stop walking the function doesn’t come back, so it was a huge surprise for the doctors, but not a surprise for the family that Aria would prove them all wrong and be the exception to the rule.

Sadly, this year is likely be Aria’s last Christmas, and so the family would like a special day to make lots of happy memories and make  this Christmas extra special. Mum said all she really wants is to see Aria smile.

This is why Dreams Come True are sending Aria and her family to Lapland UK for a magical day with all of the elves’ bells and whistles!
